    Breathe.

    Just breathe. I understand life can be overwhelming.   You must be still. Be in the moment.  This too will soon pass.  We are profoundly privileged to live in this exact moment.  The sky is beautiful. The trees sway to the rhythm of the wind.  The birds fly without worry, knowing they are unconditionally loved.  How lucky are we to see our family, friends, and those who constantly impact our lives. Some things matter more than our current situation. No matter how dark things may look, we are not alone. We are all interconnected. We are too unconditionally loved.

    Honoring the Lord with our body.

    We know that scripture is sufficient for all things. We also know that the bible teaches us how to live and honor the Lord. As I meditate about this topic, I automatically think about 1 Corinthians 6:19, We must humbly admit and submit to God’s word. The truth is that our body is not our own, but rather a temple of the Holy Spirit. Therefore, we must be conscious of how we are honoring the Lord with our body.
